01

Production data should work for you

Many manufacturing operations still rely on manual reports, disconnected systems, and limited visibility into machine performance.

  • Manual reporting

Production information is often collected and consolidated manually.

  • Limited visibility

Managers cannot always see what is happening on the production floor in real time.

  • Downtime

Machine downtime and production losses can be difficult to identify and analyze.

  • Disconnected systems

Machines, PLCs, SCADA, MES, ERP and business systems often operate separately.

02

What we can implement

Each item below is delivered as an engineering project on your existing equipment — not as a product you have to buy into.

  • Machine & PLC Connectivity

Connect PLCs, industrial equipment, sensors and legacy machines.

  • Production Monitoring

Monitor machine status, production activity, alarms and operational metrics.

  • OEE Dashboards

Track availability, performance, quality and other production KPIs.

  • Downtime Analysis

Collect and visualize downtime events to identify production losses.

  • Industrial Data Integration

Connect industrial data with SCADA, MES, ERP, BI and custom systems.

  • Custom IoT Applications

Build dashboards, alerts, reports and workflows around specific production requirements.

Our role
We provide the engineering, integration and implementation: assessing your equipment, connecting it, modelling your production data and building the views your teams use.

05

Start with one production line

Validate the solution with a focused pilot before scaling across your factory.

  1. 01

    Connect

Connect selected machines, PLCs or data sources.

  2. 02

    Collect

Collect real-time production and machine data.

  3. 03

Industrial IoT expertise

We are an engineering practice specializing in Industrial IoT and industrial data platforms, with hands-on experience delivering manufacturing systems on the shop floor.

We have more than five years of experience working with Rockwell software (FactoryTalk), PTC ThingWorx and Iotellect — covering MES delivery, equipment connectivity, production monitoring and OEE.

That work includes a manufacturing execution system put into production for truck manufacturing, and a performance measurement and OEE solution for a pharmaceutical manufacturer covering four shops with two production lines each, reporting performance by period, shift, shop and plant.

Today we build mainly on Iotellect — modern, flexible and quick to deliver on — and we are establishing an Industrial IoT integration practice in Tangier to help Moroccan manufacturers adopt practical and scalable Industry 4.0 solutions.
